Jadid Ensemble at Chorlton Arts festival

Arabic, Fla­menco and Turk­ish Fusion 

This con­cert is a very spe­cial double bill of arabic music with UK based ‘Jadid Ensemble’ and Palestini­an oud player Nizar Rohana.

‘Nizar Rohana’ is one of the finest inter­na­tion­al oud play­ers. His spell­bind­ing per­form­ances include mater­i­al from his highly acclaimed ‘Sard’ album, aswell as solo impro­visa­tions (taqseem). Nizar is on a brief visit to the UK whilst per­form­ing a season of gigs across Europe.
